Even with all the development around Boise, we still have a housing crunch. Recently, a 180-unit apartment complex in the Lusk District was approved that could help alleviate the pain point, especially for BSU. While the project fails to re-use the current building, which is one of the leading sustainability tactics in development, it will at least help answer the much needed call for more housing.
